This half term, our students in the new Technical Media and Broadcast pathway have been on an exciting journey into the heart of television production at ITV studios!

The experience provided them with an in-depth tour of renowned shows such as This Morning, Good Morning Britain, and the Lorraine show, offering a glimpse into the processes that go into creating captivating live television.

Exploring the World of Media Production: A Day at ENVY Studios

As part of the Technical Media and Broadcast pathway skill sessions the students also got to step into the world of professional media production at ENVY studios!

Students received a tour and got to speak with the sound department and look in-depth at the role of a colourist in post-production.

YOYOTECH X LENOVO Rocket League Triumph

Our esports students attended the YOYOTECH x LENOVO Rocket League competition. They got a chance to immerse themselves in various aspects of educational technology, from digital whiteboards and F1 racing simulation consoles to microbitsand AR/VR goggles. The team emerged victorious, winning all three of their matches and securing the top spot among the participating schools.
